So this wonderful shoot was the brainchild of the lovely Sarah. I have shot with Sarah before, as both Model and MUA. After a lil chat she sent me some images which we both loved, ( which we unknowingly found in the Cosmo Magazine that the model, Elinor, brought. )

By the end of the shoot, there was a LOT of laughter, lots of hair spray and make-up but the results are all worth it.

4 looks in one shoot, starting 6PM and ending at 4AM.

“Summer always flies away.”

So, I’m sitting here at the office. Trying to get my mind around some tricky promo’s we are doing.

For those who don’t know, my day job involves design and animation for an awesome company here in JHB, South Africa. I love them to bits.

But its a taxing job. Creatively. To keep new ideas flowing constantly is a very hard feat, especially for those who in their spare time, are quiet creative. Like myself.

So with this, I ask you, oh dear readers, what do you do to recharge your batteries ?

These two photos I took a long time ago. A year and a bit to be precise. And to date they are in my top 10 favourite photos I have taken.  Its silly how you can find something so ordinary at just the right time and right place and it just takes a new life. Its like most things I guess, if your in the right place at the right time with the right frame of mind, you can find beauty in the smallest of things.

These shots, just by the way we pretty much boosted with contrast and saturation and thats about it. I added the text afterwards for emphasis of mood.
